  I have been dealing with Jim Schmerold for many years with our families computers. Jim has set up and maintained our computers and printers over the years. Flat out...HE IS THE BEST!!! He is available with a simple phone call at any time of day or evening. A lot of things he can take care of with our computer through his wireless remote hook-up to our computer. This saves him and us time from having to come to our house. He also has us on a "maintenance program";where he periodically comes out and refreshes our computers and keeps them updated and working properly. Along with all this;he is respectful of our time. He is just a nice professional who cares about your computers and questions and concerns as if they were his own. I hope he stays in business for many,many years as he is most helpful for all our computer needs. Keep up the great work!!!
