We had a large spruce tree fall on our house in a summer storm that knocked both of our brick chimneys around pretty bad. The first chimney on the top of the house is just for show and was threatening to fall onto the lower roof. After some expert advice and consulting, Eric and his team got that put back right very quickly. What was even more helpful was the extremely helpful insight and understanding that they brought to the other chimney which is housing a pretty old gas fireplaceing unt. Eric was able to provide of a detailed write-up that we submitted to the insurance company, and gave us a ton of peace of mind about how to move forward. Thanks to Eric and team for their expertise, efficiency and empathy!

He suggested a new poured crown and to fill the cracks to preserve the chimney. He was professional and most importantly honest. He likely could've upsold me, but instead only suggested what was needed to preserve my chimney for years to come. Highly recommend Schlear for your chimney and masonry needs.
