- AEAttorney Esq.Apr 15, 20251.0I ordered a maple pocket door and paid in full ($1200.00) - admittedly I took a few years to pick up, but never received any notice that I had to pick it up. When I was in a position to take the door and get it installed, I was told they no longer had the door and I would not be getting my door or my money back. Apparently they do this on items that are not picked up.

I understand that some addresses are a challenge to get to, but that doesnt give them the right to cuss out and yell at the people recieving the order. Very disappointed. I dont care if they are all business and dont want to talk, but at least be professional and hold your temper, that's the least they can do. Everyone is human, so hopefully these are isolated occurrences, but outright yelling is childish, and immature. Thanks for understanding my concerns.
