  I have been a patient of Scharfenberger Family Dentistry for over 15 years. The experience starts with the front office staff, who remember me and my kids as they have grown. They are very helpful with scheduling for the entire family. I can also get in within a reasonable time for emergencies. The hygienist are all very professional and personable and I love they make over my kid's effort with cleaning their teeth. My daughter is very shy, and they did a wonderful job letting her watch and "assist" with her brother's cleaning to make her more comfortable. Dr. Ed does a great job at explaining what is needed vs. just trying to up sale you like at some of the chain dentist offices that my friends have tried in the past. He likes to make plans on watching problem areas and what to do to improve them instead of just pushing procedures. He also is very kind to the kids who enjoy visiting the office. Overall I highly recommend the office.
