  The attitude is very good, but the service is not. After I brought the puppy back, I found that the hair on its trunk was cleaner than before, but the hair on its ears and around its mouth had not been washed or combed, and there was still feces on its bottom. I am very sad about that. I hope they should be honest.

  I’ve had both of my dogs here and it has been a wonderful experience. My two dogs come out looking refreshed and clean! Teeth, ears, nails are always extremely well done.

  Today I experienced my first service with Scenthound. I took my nervous, anxiety ridden chihuahua in for a spa day and the staff cared for her as I would right from the start, which impressed me. They quickly provided all services, discussed with me their health review and suggestions, and we scheduled her follow up appointment. My fur baby is in great hands with them and I look forward to a developing a great relationship with Scenthound, especially as it begins caring for my other two fur babies. A+ affordable service.

  I have the Plus membership and find it to be a very good value. My pups receive excellent care and look (and smell) great when I pick them up. Everyone is so friendly, conscientious and takes pride in providing an outstanding experience. I highly recommend South Tampa Scenthound!

  I am so fortunate in, actually stumbling across and, finding Scenthound. I just happened to be visiting the plaza where they're located, on a gorgeous-weather-Saturday morning this past April, three months before they officially opened. Scenthound's ownership had a "welcome" table set up in front of their shop, and was holding a "Founder's" membership special enrollment. Talking with them, I definitely sensed they were all true compassionate animal lovers, proud to be opening in the neighborhood, to give back and offer us a friendly, affordable dog grooming solution. They opened in July but because of my job and traveling, only today was I able to finally take advantage of using my monthly membership.... First...I want to apologize to my dog and tell her that I am sorry for not being able to bring her here sooner. And here's why: It was refreshing to go into a new business, and then be greeted by one of the owners! This being our first visit, we arrived early anticipating paperwork and any (...and alway uncomfortable for me) high pressure attempts at upselling. To my surprise and delight, we were met with only exceptional professionalism. I was told what she (my dog) was to expect and then only casually offered upgrade options (...without me feeling any pressure, obligation or guilt for my choices.) Before they took her back, I was told a time when she would be done and then to expect a text message when ready for pickup. 45 minutes later, and right-on-time, I received that text. Finally, picking her up, was simple and (again) pressure-free, with the whole wonderful experience being the reason I wanted to write this review to let them and anybody else reading this know. Thank you Scenthound for the experience. My sweetheart dog and I can't wait to come back. My precept with dogs has always been: "A clean pet is a happy pet. A happy pet equals a happy owner."
