  Terrible service! First time around after doing the basic service I was called by corporate to see how my service was and I told her I would not be continuing with the membership since after picking up my dog my car ride home smelled like wet dog. She offered to keep my membership the same price but include the blow dry option. I take him a second time and I get told by one of the front desk members that due to note stating my dog was “unable to be blow dried” from the last time they attempted to blow dry him they are not sure they can blow dry him again today. I told her that he’s never been blow dried here since we didn’t have that membership the first time around and I’m not sure where she’s getting this information from. So upon pick up I get told that my dog was unable to be blow dried since he was jumping at the dryer and they could not dry him. So we took home our dog sopping wet. He was dripping water in the car. They didn’t even offer to provide a towel to dry him off better. Terrible service.

  O…M…G! They cleaned up my baby Mable so good I hardly recognized her!!! my baby’s coat was so matted that it looked like a plate of spaghetti!! They fixed er’ right up in a jiffy and couldn’t be more proud of my grand baby niece for doin the lords work 💓 She was treated like a princess the moment she walked in, and left a queen! This service was delightful and will recommend to the the church bulletin board and my small group! Sending love and support this big beautiful business!

  I took my boys, Wyatt (85 lbs) and Doc (124 lbs) to Scenthound for the first time last month and Scenthound is awesome!! Everyone is friendly, upbeat and helpful. Wyatt is very outgoing and was smiling the whole time. Doc is quieter but he was smiling too. We signed up to go every month. I'm so grateful to have a place to take my boys where they will be so well taken care of.

  Scenthound has been providing care and service to my labradoodle since they opened almost a year ago. I have been very happy with them. Excellent front desk staff. Great communication. Appointments are easy to make via their app when not made in person. ‘Summer’ has never had a bad cut, and I have never been less than completely satisfied with every visit she has had there. Big shoutout to Chrissy who groomed our girl today. Our most favorite cut yet.
