  Moose always leaves so clean and soft & with the freshest breath. I love how they check his weight each time so that we can stay on track and minimize the side eye we get from the vet. But more than anything- I love how they know him and treat him with such love and care and make bath time good for him.

  Absolutely the worst dog grooming experiences I have ever had. This has to be one of the worst businesses in general I have ever had as well. They are HARD sell on their subscriptions and it is very difficult to get out of. The staff were rude, argued with me, I got different messages from different staff members, the manager does not keep his word, etc. Their prices are all al a cart and are very high. The normal services included at a regular groomer are all separated out and you have to pay extra for your dog to be dried after the "hair cut." They do not keep track of the specifics you want for your dog and only offer 4 different lengths for the cut and nothing in between. When the manager promised me that they would cover the cost of my dog's last groom and hygiene, he reneged and the staff member refused to give me the credit he said I could use. I tried to read her the email from the manager which spelled out what he told me, but she wouldn't listen. I told her I would pay for the services that were not promised, but she still wanted to charge me for everything. I told her I wanted to see my dog and she refused unless I paid. I told her she could not hold my dog hostage and she said she could. She was yelling at me, telling me that I was going crazy? I finally was given my dog and I paid cash for the extra treatment. I will never darken their door again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
