- KHKristy H2 days ago1.0THIS PLACE GAVE MY DOG A BACTERIAL SKIN INFECTION!! As much as I wanted to like this place it cost me a $200 vet bill. Our 1 year old Corgi contracted a bacterial infection after he was seen there. I know for a fact he contracted it after the grooming visit because the employees at Scenthound informed me he had a rating of 5/5 in skin. Thankfully he is going to be ok but this infection made his skin bleed and scab all over his neck, back, and legs. It is consistent in grooming because it’s the areas where grooming is done. The vet confirmed that the infection is due to not sterilizing grooming equipment. I wish I could give this place 0 stars for putting us and my corgi through this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
- MHmark hubertOct 10, 20255.0Very pleasant and nice people to deal with. They obviously enjoy their job. My 11 year old dog w/ cancer was treated very well. Prices were reasonable. It just doesn’t cease to amaze me the cost of a wash ( without blow dry), nail trim & ear cleaning is at any dog groomer compared to 3-4 years ago. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

She had a rough experience at another groomer - so understandably she was apprehensive at first yet everyone here at Scenthound was patient with her - giving her lots of love and time to adjust to her environment. I’ll definitely bring her back.
