  The people who work there are awesome, I truly do love them I’m just highly upset at this. I asked for a d shed however day after getting one I brush my dog for 2 minutes and all this comes off of him. & I was told it would take a few appts to d shed him, that doesn’t make sense and if im wrong im wrong. But im paying for a d shed not a hair cut so i dont know why i have so much hair coming off him. I love the staff and listen they work well they really do, I’ve missed scheduled appts etc & they got me scheduled next avail n I’m grateful. However this is not a proper d shed

  Our dog LOVES going to the groomer and they make her trip there so easy. She usually goes weekly and we can’t be more grateful for our girl always staying so fresh smelling and clean. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they genuinely LOVE our dog.

  My puppy, now 11 month, has been 4 times. First was good, second he only got the bath and was barely dry, 3rd I sedated him and it was ok. On his 4th visit, again sedated, as far as I know, he only got the bath again and cut his foot on the way out. I have asked for a refund of 1 appt and was denied. I believe the girls just aren't experienced enough.

  Scenthound is awesome!! Cheap, quick and very friendly. My dog is very anxious however is very calm while they bathe her. Thanks Scenthound!!
