  From the beginning of scheduling to the end when I picked my girl up from Scenthound, every person I came in contact with was courteous, kind and very attentive. The service itself was excellent. Gemma was clean, fresh and well cared for. I'm looking forward to the taking my other two pups in for their turn!

  I had lots of reservations about how our very shy and timid Ted would do at this new experience for him. I was so surprised when I picked him up and he was clean, smelling good and happy. Kyra was great with him and assured me he was sweet and funny. The office is staffed with super nice people who seem to love our pets! I look forward to a nice long relationship 🙂

  Our Basset Hound mixes both went for grooming last week. The service is excellent from the front door to the groomers. Davey and Cody had such a good time. They came out looking and smelling great!. Excellent feedback as well...

  We took Junie B yesterday for her first time! I wasn’t sure what to expect because she can be pretty anxious but she did SO GOOD! She was a little nervous, of course, but Kyra communicated with me while she was there and let me know she was doing well. Customer service extraordinaire!!! They had balls in the lobby which made my girl happy to put in her mouth- golden retriever 😉 She looked great, smelled good and the de-shed treatment also seems to have worked well. We’re on the monthly membership plan and I’m looking forward to November’s visit.
