    Hugo usually visits a different location, but we tried the Lakewood location today. We had a great experience! The staff was caring and friendly. Hugo came out looking fluffy and soft!

    Very happy with Scenthound. They groomed my two border collies and their coats look amazing. Plus they were able to cut their hair very nicely and were able to do the nails where the previous groomer could not. We’ll be back.

    This is a fairly new location. The owner is difficult to work with at times. The staff is really misleading on prices and are not aligned with current prices. Long story short, I applied to the membership with them for 29.99 per month and was told that I could also have the deshedding treatment added making it 40.53 per month. Well the owner indicated that it was wrong and that I had to pay more for the deshedding when I was told otherwise by the staff. Very disappointing management and staff. Will never take my dog back to them. It sucks because they do good work, meaning the technicians and groomers. However, this organization is not what it seems. Also, in addition to this, the owner accused me of swaying clients decisions in becoming a member. However, the staff discussed discrepancies in price with me and the customer shared “it sounds like issues with the pricing”.
