The staff was great and explained how the process worked they even made note to mention they take them straight to the person grooming them so they spend little time as possible in a kennel. They even said we know with him being a rescue we don’t want him to stress too much so they paid attention to the details. They were able to trim his nails which howie has trouble with people touching his paws but he did great!
