  We had such a great experience with this grooming service! The customer service was absolutely top notch — everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They treated our dog, Rocky, with so much care and patience, which really put us at ease. On top of that, the value is incredible. We ended up signing up for the $35 monthly plan because it’s such a great deal, and honestly, it’s worth every penny. Rocky looks and feels amazing after his visit and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a grooming service that combines excellent customer care with great value!

  2 times in 2 weeks this groomer has absolutely 100% dropped the ball. We've come here before several time before with no issues in communication or service. 2 weeks ago we came to get my puppy a bath and blow dry which was the normal. This time around all the sudden they said a blow out was additional. Today was the worst. I went in for our 12pm appointment. I asked how long it would take and they said 2-2.5 hours for a bath and haircut. 2:30 I called and they said they were running late and would be another 2-2:30 hours. Absolutely ridiculous that we were not called to let us know of the delay. Instead my little guy is stuck in the crate without being able to be let out to go to the bathroom. The zero remorse from the staff, instead telling us their on doggy time and can't foresee a delay and the zero communication from them was inexcusable. We will not be coming back here ever again. They lost a loyal customer.

  We’ve been taking our pup to Scenthound here since opening and have been SO happy with our experience. He is not a very good boy at home or at the vet for nail trims, yet every month he has done so well with them, always comes out ahead of schedule, and has even gotten better for the car rides to and from! So impressed by the staff. (Pictured left)
