- MMMichele MitchellOct 22, 20255.0We tried the $39 first time offer, and added nail grind, facial scrub for folds and tear stains, and the tartar reduction treatment and it was great! The staff were very welcoming and took our 12 year old Pug/Boston Terrier mix, Bella, right back for her bath. They were very quick. Only took around 30 mins and they called to tell me she was ready. She was very happy and did not seem anxious at all from the bath and treatments. I bought a membership before we left and am looking forward to her future visits! I would definitely recommend Scenthound in Cypress!!!
- LLLolly LawrenceOct 18, 20251.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I asked for my dog to shaved/cut short. THEY decided how THEY wanted my dog groomed. She is a mini aussie with long hair. Shedding is bad - wanted it gone. A waste of $140. Cannot believe they thought this was appropriate. ON TOP OF THAT - I had her bathed there in December, 2024 & they shaved her “private” area so close she ended up in an emergency vet appt with skin infection & skin burns ($200). Was giving them another chance. She looks RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AGAIN.

They were exceedingly kind and patient with her. Once she was inside it was all tail wags and kisses! They made her feel safe and loved, and she looks ( and smells! ) great! Thank you!!
