  We tried the $39 first time offer, and added nail grind, facial scrub for folds and tear stains, and the tartar reduction treatment and it was great! The staff were very welcoming and took our 12 year old Pug/Boston Terrier mix, Bella, right back for her bath. They were very quick. Only took around 30 mins and they called to tell me she was ready. She was very happy and did not seem anxious at all from the bath and treatments. I bought a membership before we left and am looking forward to her future visits! I would definitely recommend Scenthound in Cypress!!!

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I asked for my dog to shaved/cut short. THEY decided how THEY wanted my dog groomed. She is a mini aussie with long hair. Shedding is bad - wanted it gone. A waste of $140. Cannot believe they thought this was appropriate. ON TOP OF THAT - I had her bathed there in December, 2024 & they shaved her “private” area so close she ended up in an emergency vet appt with skin infection & skin burns ($200). Was giving them another chance. She looks RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AGAIN.

  The staff was professional, sweet and very good with my dogs. They did a great job with my babies and the price Is unmatched.

  The gals at Scenthound were fantastic with my girl! She was nervous and hesitant to go inside, and these sweet gals came out to help me coax her in. They were exceedingly kind and patient with her. Once she was inside it was all tail wags and kisses! They made her feel safe and loved, and she looks ( and smells! ) great! Thank you!!
