  They are amazing! This is my Shiba's favorite place to get a shower, teeth leaning and de shedding treatment. He is one and has hyper temperament but can be won over with treats. Scenthound really cares about the pets and so, I'm never worried when I drop him off. Highly recommend.

  If I could give this place -100 stars, I would. This business is a total scam. They make you believe the subscription is $35 a month for regular hygiene, but then suddenly tell you that drying your dog costs an extra $18 — something that was never disclosed at the time of signing. Once we booked the appointment for the so-called “regular hygiene,” they added this hidden fee, and if you don’t pay it, your dog will be sent home wet, which can cause skin problems. Hector, who claims to be the owner, was extremely rude and completely unwilling to communicate or resolve the issue. The so-called manager was no better — dishonest, constantly interrupting, and not listening at all. This is a business you cannot trust. Do not waste your money or your time. Avoid this place at all costs. Shame on the owners, the management, and the entire franchise for running such a misleading and unprofessional operation. BE AWARE — this place is a complete scam.

  I really appreciate the love and care that the groomers show for my Casper. He always gets excited when we drive up and he can see where we are, lol. Scenthound is the best, I won't entrust my fur baby with any other!

  Horrrible horrible and just horrible. Sept 18 we went to this Coral Springs location to try out and from the experience we thought wow she looks good . One of the staff showed us there subscriptions options and explained for your dog I would recommend on her basic hygiene days to just pay nail grinding. So recently I set up an appointment for my dogs hygiene day and was told bc my dog is a Yorker we should pay for proper brush and blow for another 18 dollars. So I asked the package included a wash so why would my dog not be dried. I was informed well that’s just a flash drying it’s not a fully dry . It only drys the dog for like 10 mins. I’m sorry but long hair or short hair ur do is not getting dryer that fast. So I explained no one had informed me we would have to pay another 18 on top of the 35 we pay for the basic hygiene . In my eye automatically they mislead us just to get someone sign up to a subscription.today oct 22 we dropped my dog off, staff already talked to earlier that we want our dog properly dried bc again we were not told ,as a person who worked in customer service my entire life the simple answer would of just been we will do the brush and blow this one time sorry for the inconvenience. But unfortunately no they did not the manager hector has fought with my husband has verbally fought with me through text messaging. My husband had to go get my dog refusing to do the hygiene and then literally yelling at my husband who couldn’t even get a word in bc hello I was on the phone the entire time as he got my dog. To then tell me my husband verbally abused him and his staff that the staff had to go home bc she whe in distress….. as a manager he escalated this whole situation to what didn’t need to be. So no I am writing this to warn new customers to make sure u ask details of there subscriptions and if u have the slightest problem, u will get yelled at and tell u you aren’t allowed to feel upset basically. Unprofessional and disgusting behavioral pls don’t waste your money at this location period

  The place is pristine. Very clean organized and smells great. I felt very comfortable with leaving my two dogs getting there wash and grooming. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely signed up for the membership… it made all the right sense. I went to the one in Coral Springs FL.
