1st time here. They took great care of my 5 month old puppy and were very loving to her. Prices are reasonable as well. Will go again.

Took my dog in that had loaded his body with, for a lack of better name, stickers. The staff carefully removed the stickers and made him happy again. I think Luigi will like seeing the care team when it's time.

Excellent staff, efficient and very caring. This was our first visit; we adopted James about three months ago. James was in and out in 30 minutes and very happy. Thank you, we will be returning every month!

First and what will be our last experience with Scenthound but they did make up with these issues after the fact which I appreciate. First, the front room staff did not know what their products and services were. I signed up for their extra dental cleaning and it took 3 people to tell me what it was. Even the person who explained it couldn’t give me full details. I specifically told them not to shave our double coated dog but they still had me on a plan that was going to shave her. Luckily the person doing the trimming called to confirm that we wanted her shaved and I was able to tell them for a third time not to shave her. The worst offense, after the service was complete, they left cotton balls in my dogs ears that we weren’t aware of till hours later and we noticed our dog kept shaking her head and scratching at her ears ! Just a completely unacceptable behavior from a so called professional service. They call my female dog a “him” the entire time clearly not caring for the dog or owners. Costs were for premium service.
