  Mediocre at Best! I took both of my dogs there for over a year and the service deteriorated rather quickly. I would go to pick them up and was told several times that they couldn’t do their toe nails or ears because one of them was fussing and the groomer wasn’t able to do it for some reason or another. They were more concerned about their groomer than my two little dogs! Thing is, I was charged for work they didn’t complete and that happened several times. I was charged $39.00 dollars plus the monthly fee for each of my little guys. Their groomers are young and inexperienced and their grooming skills are lacking! It’s not really a bargain when you realize they aren’t completing the work you are paying for! If you are just taking your dog in for just a bath then I guess you’ll be okay with this place. I can give my two little guys a bath at home myself so for me this place was a ripoff! Just telling it like it is!

  We forgot to make an appointment this month, but the manager was so amazing and squeezed my Stella into the schedule during her lunch!! Everyone here always greets me with a smile and I have so much trust in them to take care of my pup! I wish i could give them six stars for giving my fur baby so much love!

  They worked with my schedule and getting both of my dogs in at the same time. They let me know about an adjustment that was needed before making the change. I very much appreciated that.

  My dog had a good experience and very friendly service, however my car got very wet so I will be adding the blow-out for an extra charge next time. (Large dog)

  Took my dog to her first ever grooming appointment. The staff was nice and gentle woth her. They where done in 30 min and made her took and smell good. Taking her back for athoer apt and deshedding.
