  Char Burger Medium Rare and fries are delicious, as are the wings, however service is slow and everything else on the menu is questionable, i.e giants noodles and no chicken in the soup, pizza bland AF, some servers are absent minded.

  Said it would take an hour and half to be seated we went somewhere else after waiting over 2 hours I'm sorry but that's ridiculous

  Waitress was nice but food was sub par and thats putting it nicely. Steak had barely any seasoning. Rare as opposed to medium rare, and the potatoes had little to no butter and/or milk, and a 40 minute wait to eat to boot. Will be trading a wristband for a hospital band very soon.

  I ordered the pork chop entree and they gave me the sandwich, which was good but not what I wanted. It's a $2 up charge to substitute a side. But the sides they give you don't match up with the menu. And my boyfriend got a medium steak. It came out very rare. So he sent it back which he never does. They ended up coming back with the same steak he had already taken a bite out of. I work in the food industry. You cannot cook food on a sanitary service if you are cooking it next to food that a guest as already dug into. And it was overcooked on the outside by time he got it back. Just to make the center medium. For a $50 meal I was not impressed. I will say our server was amazing. Very kind and efficient. And she made it an enjoyable experience.
