  What a pleasant experience! My wife and I stumbled upon the ScandiComfort store after having dinner in the Village one evening. We were greeted warmly by the salesperson who proceeded to show us some of the Stressless model chairs that she had on display. I had seen them but never really experienced them in person and was interested in their comfort level. They were truly amazing and we ended up spending more time there than we originally intended to. We made a couple of additional visits to help us decide what we might want and found all the salespeople to be very friendly, polite, and accommodating. On our third visit, we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and also helpful with regard to assisting us find a model that would suit my wife and I since we are different heights. We ended up purchasing a chair and have lived with it for about a week now. What a beautiful piece of furniture! The Stressless chair is a great product that provides continual support to the user and is extremely comfortable. The experience with ScandiComfort was superb. The people were helpful, friendly, and wanted to make sure that we were pleased with our purchase. If you are looking for a comfortable chair, you won’t be disappointed.
