- AOAriana OrsbornOct 9, 20252.0At first when I moved in I was enjoying it but these past five months have not been the best. I was mostly excited for the pool but everytime I go it’s always dirty. I have had roaches constantly in my apartment and I keep my place clean, pest control comes but still it always ends up happening and they still come. There are barely any visitor spots and even normal parking spots, sometimes I’ll have to park all the way down the street which I don’t feel comfortable with walking that far alone at night. I only had one problem with my AC and that was an easy fix. Ive had some signs of mice too just never saw them — heard scratching noises in the roof at night mostly, my bread was getting eaten into, saw mice droppings all in my pantry. I definitely will not be staying here when my lease is up. If I could I would leave now
