- SSStan2 days ago5.0Sawara is the BEST sushi place in Castle Rock. Fresh, thick cuts of fish and the staff are extremely friendly and wonderful. My wife and I are gluten free, and it’s the only place we can get sushi that she’ll like. There’s SO MANY gluten free options (including sushi burritos)! The staff is always attentive, they make special gluten free sauces and always give us so many gluten free soy sauce packets. I also have to follow a low carb diet, and I always have to choose sashimi. Not anymore at Sawara! Their gluten free Tornado roll is exactly what I need when following a keto diet. I also was given some fatty salmon with a special gluten free sauce today with my big order and it was very good and so thoughtful to include! I appreciate the staff at Sawara very much.
