  I called in for an abcessed tooth They took me in right away every one there was friendly and professional The dentist explained everything that he was doing I could not have been more pleased Great place.

  Extremely welcoming office set up like home decorated with a beautiful fish tank colorful fish. Warm and friendly staff. The dentist Dr Lho a very informative dentist and I'm very comfortable in the chair. new Dr Jeong also feel very confident with great chair side manner. Office manager and I believe insurance coordinator very well versed in dental plans and procedures. Would recommend to any looking for a dentist office that you can trust.

  The whole team here is amazing but super special shout outs to the Office manager Kim and Dr Lho. My case was extremely complicated. Full mouth extractions, 12 implants, interim dentures, screw retained dentures, full digital workflow CAD/CAM scans with photogrammetry and 2 sets of provisional 3D printed nano-ceramic try ins. The final product was dual arch implant supported "All-on-4" zirconia bridges. A total and complete smile makeover. There were some bumps in the road, and sometimes 1 step forward and 2 steps back, but Dr Lho and Kim never gave up. "Good enough" was never good enough for them. They made sure everything was perfect and the end result is life changing. I can eat things I haven't been able to in 10 years and my smile is amazing. Thank you Dr Lho and thank you Kim!

  I wanted to change dentists and Saugus Dental Center was recommended by a friend. I went there for a consultation along with a dental plan my prior dentist wanted to perform. He didn't fully explain it to me and therefore I sought another opinion. The dentist at Saugus Dental explained it in a way that I understood. I appreciated the time they took to help me understand the reason the procedure was necessary. I will continue to go the Saugus Dental for all of my dental needs

  Overall not bad. Timely with good attention to hygiene. The only disconcerting issue was when the Dentists were discussing my situation in their native language. I think in the presence of patients, regarding their care the conversation should occur in English. Personal conversations can occur in break space in whatever language the parties prefer to speak.
