  I wished I could give 20 stars. I dropped my Dish remote earlier and the On/Off and volume buttons did not work. I tried troubleshooting but was unsuccessful. I assumed I needed to replace the remote and accepted it would cost me. So I stopped at Satellite, a Dish Network provider and met Zora. Zora could have easily sold me a new remote. Instead, she explained what my problem was without even touching my remote and I did not need to new remote. I’ll admit, I was skeptical as heck. I thought for certain I’d be returning later. Well, I followed her instructions and she was right….all is well. I cannot overstate this next statement, this kind of honesty is unbelievably rare. Zora, you’re a jewel for the valley.

  After continually getting cancelled by "Dish" to come up to our place for an upgrade....I was informed by several friends to contact STS in Grand Junction CO.. SO glad I did....Zora was so knowledgeable and helpful....We had a tech out the very next day who also was knowledgeable and courteous....Thank you to STS of Grand Junction CO

  Mr. Moore and company installed our Dish satellite in a spot near our home that we thought would look better than on the roof - and it works very well! They answered our questions about the service and walked us through everything to take full advantage of the DVR and hopper. Thanks!
