  We have owned our Samsung heat pump, installed by Sasquatch Heat Pumps, for one year and it has been running perfectly. We pay annually for warranty and yearly maintenance service and Theo performed our annual service today. Theo was on time and Sasquatch sent updates so I could track him as he neared our home. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Theo completed the annual service and communicated to me his findings in a clear manner. Well done Theo and Sasquatch Heat Pumps!

  Sasquatch has been great to work with for our heat pumps. Their technicians always do a thorough job, in a professional and courteous manner. In our most recent visit, Theo was awesome! Did a great job, explained everything clearly and was very respectful!

  Theo came out today to do our annual check up after our first year with our heat pump. As with the original guys who came with the set up Theo was professional and polite and very informative about the use and cleaning and regular maintenance that we have been doing and could do more to avoid any damage to the pump. He took the time to show me the bigger unit and the intricacies of the coils and how to clean them. All the Sasquatch staff are excellent for sure. We certainly loved our cool house this summer and the heating aspect is very comfy as well. Thanks again guys and thank you Theo for your visit today.

  I’m thrilled to express my appreciation for all that Theo B did today. He is soo kind, and patient with his explanations regarding my heat pump. He is professional and empathetic and appreciative of my technical “ lack of expertise”. Please never let him leave Sasquatch, the best heat pump, and make a note in my file to send him to me for all future services. A million thanks to Theo, Dale, the owner, and SASQUATCH.   I recently had the Sasquach Team out to replace a 17 year old heat pump that quit working a couple months ago. The 2 fellows that came were very prompt and professional from start to finish. The cleaned up everything after they were completed and tested the system. I did my due dillagence and had a number of quotes for replacement, they were not the highest or the lowest quote. Something just said that this was the company to go with and I did. I did not regret the choice for the Sasquach Team to replace my old heat pump. They answered all the questions that I had while they were doing the install, I now have a better understanding of how these units work. There is no "Going the extra mile" for this team, IT'S All Included and then some. It's unfortunate that I can only give them 5 stars, they deserve a full 100 stars in my opinion. If you chose to go with the Sasquach Heat Pump Team, you will not regret your choice. I thank the Sasquach Team for their hard work and attention to detail. My Hat if off to your entire team. THANK YOU
