However, lately I’ve noticed several issues with their customer service, which I find very disrespectful. When placing an order, the person taking it always seems distracted and never gets it right, which is frustrating since my order often arrives incomplete. I’ve also noticed that both the quality and quantity of the food have decreased significantly. I always order the large bowl and never had complaints before, but now it often arrives half full. It’s really disappointing because I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and I can confirm it didn’t use to be this way. I truly hope they can find a quick solution to their customer service, since I believe that’s the most important part of the experience.
