  I enjoyed my experience buying a bike from this store. I bought in this store Electra Townie, that was bigger than I needed, but the next day I exchanged it very quickly for the right size. The shop assistant was friendly and helped me. Thank you for my new bike!

  The older, small man w/ grayish hair was unfriendly to the point of being rude.. I thought I'd give you guys a try as you open early in the mornings. I'll never use your unprofessional shop again. He was rude when I dropped off and when I picked up. The man needs help...he must have terrible things going on in his life.

  They save me today! Waited for a beautiful Saturday to run my Mtn bike down to see if they could help with my broken chain. Despite a busy store and lots of bikes waiting to be serviced the bike tech (Ken?) took 5 minutes out of his crazy busy schedule to quickly fix my bike! Thank you Sarasota Cycle! I will be bike for any & all future bike needs!
