And it was her offering, not my asking her. The customer service is absolutely top notch!! Highly recommend Sara Turgeon Agency. And after I blabbed to all my customers at my job how great they were, I was met back with only more great stories about how amazing the customer service is. Would give 10 stars if I could!
- PCpriddle crackaJul 6, 20255.0great place, but walked in and smelt horrible due to the dog. then went to the lady on the left dont know her name but think somthing like “jone” to get somethings fixed and she didn't know what she was doing and messed everything up. but thanks to kristine i got everything worked out and fixed. highly reccomend her.
- BPBryan PartonJun 25, 20251.0Stay away from State Farm Pickens SC. I have had personal and business insurance with them for a long time. In the last 5 years, I have had so many problems with this office. They have cancelled business insurance on us twice, without our consent. Also because of an employees negligence and also the agent broker, they cancelled my business insurance and cost me $7,500 of income because they wouldn't get the proper paperwork over and my Trucking Authority was temporarily suspended because of this. Now, they said we cancelled a business policy, which we did not, and now the dont underwrite it no more so we probably wont be able to get it back through them. We are looking to move all of our personal and business policies to another company. I dont write these bad reviews often or light heartedly. But I can't continue business with them being treated like this.
