- JCjing chenMay 9, 20251.0I placed for a Bosch cooktop on March 25th. Unfortunately, the shipping has been repeatedly delayed without any provided reason. I have attempted to speak with a manager to resolve this issue, but I have not been able to get any assistance.

When contacted, they have abundance of excuses including "our tech is very busy". Seriously!!! Then why accept the contract and the full payment??? You probably made interest on my money for months!!
