  This last week was our first time to use Santo Propane. We went out of town after they delivered and when we got back it seemed as if gas was not getting to the house. I called their 24/7 answering service and within the hour they called me back. They advised me what was more than likely going on but told me that he would not mind sending a technician out to my house if I wanted (it was 7pm at night so I refused the offer) so he told me to call him anytime if I needed further help. Now that’s customer service!! Santo Propane has gained a lifelong customer! Definitely recommend them if you need their services.

  I needed to fill up on propane for my RV. I was heading on I-20 east. I stopped and typed propane on google maps. I called others, but no one had onboarding fill ups except Santos. I decided to get off the highway and head over there. They are absolutely fantastic. Despite driving 4000 miles that month, a quick stop like this stuck in our memory due to the friendliness of the staff. Please keep up the great work, and may your business keep growing.

  I have used these folks twice. Both times the ladies in the office were so nice and courteous and once one of them filled my tanks. The other time the 2 guys outside couldn't have been any more courteous. No complaints here, about anything.
