  Was hesitant to go to any pawn shop to sell gold because of past experiences, but this place was great. Sebastian made me feel welcome and valued and explained patiently each step. They gave me a more than fair price for my solid gold jewelry and as a metalsmith, I would gladly recommend them to anyone selling or looking to get a loan.

  Went to this place after four years to sell them back their silver rounds on the word "they pay dollar over spot". First guy honored just that but as soon as they got a wiff of my being a silver noob another guy stepped in started spewing a bunch of jargin and took $200 off the initial offer. I may not be a regular customer but am a good one and they decided to lose a good one over $200.
