Combining the warmth of an Alpine chalet with the modern aesthetic of Milan, our Aspen compound takes inspiration from the city itself, providing protection, sustenance, and conviviality. Designed by Giampiero Tagliaferri Studio, the Restaurant is located in one of downtown's most historic buildings, dating back to 1889. Inside, sophisticated ease rules: elements native to the environment juxtapose several vintage Italian pieces, and plush banquets and chairs flank a central fireplace that gives a nod to the brick and stucco building's original era. Culinary Director lacopo Falai focused his menu on elegant Milanese style cuisine as influenced by and built from the bounty of surrounding fresh Rocky Mountain rivers and farms. A raw bar is also featured.

It starts from the entrance—when you walk in, this gentleman makes you feel at home, with a smile and a great table. His name is Eduardo. Our server, Nick, offered excellent recommendations for drinks, and I must say that the Vitello Tonnato is incredible. Overall, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and I will definitely come back on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I would 100% revisit the NYC locations but this location completely missed the mark on all fronts. Terrible service, mediocre food, but very nice decor. There are 50+ better restaurants in the valley that provide a better food and dining experience. I will not revisit this location.

His recommendations were perfect — the black truffle pizza (our first time trying real black truffle!) was unforgettable, the rigatoni was bursting with flavor, and the cacio e pepe was thick, creamy, and comforting. He also suggested the perfect wine to pair with everything. Now for the dessert - we got the Pistachio gelato and the Gianduja - 10/10. WOW. We left so happy — can’t wait to come back!
