  Sanford installed our mini splits. They did a great job - communicating with us about when they'd show up, letting us know what they were going to do and cleaning up after the work. Xavier gave us a great rundown of how to use and maintain our mini splits. It turned out we had to have our whole electrical panel replaced. Pete did a great job replacing it. We did have to ask for them to send someone to out to patch a few spots where there were holes left from running wires and replacing the electrical panel. They did a beautiful job. Thanks, Sanford!

  Kyle and team did an excellent job on our hvac system replacement. They were polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and property. Made sure all equipment was functioning properly and showed us how to operate the new equipment before he left. Excellent customer service and quality installation.

  I can say that the Sanford team has worked with me through some hard times. It started in the winter when my upstairs furnace went out. I ended up having my entire HVAC system replaced. The team started with Shawn Yule, Rick Boucher, and Zach Trombly working super hard to get the heat in the winter up and running. The last crew comprised of Jason Care, Derek Robichaud, Scott Blessinton, Xavier Johnson, Jason Bell, Pete Hamel, and Jason Pelletier putting in a Heat pump and Furnace downstairs with a stand by Generac Generator. Let me say that not only did they knock the work out but they were great to get to know and treated myself and my dogs great. They worked with me with APP set up and op-testing making sure everything work as it should. I would recommend this team to everyone.

  This was an AC (including condenser) and furnace replacement because my 15+ year systems had completely failed (different brand). Kyle and his partner worked very diligently all day on this large project, answered my questions, and tested both the AC and furnace before leaving. They also cleaned up their work areas. So far, my AC is functioning as expected, and I am fully satisfied with the installation.

  I own a restaurant. On a Saturday morning right before a VERY busy day with a luncheon of 45 ppl etc, the AC quit working. In my quick search for HVAC companies in my area, Sanford was one of the 2-3 first ones I encountered. After a very professional call, I was told that Derek E. the on call technician, would be coming in about an hour. I received a call by the technician Derek E. who informed me of his exact arrival time. I was truly impressed - Derek E. was prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable and definitely quick and efficient. What impressed me the very most though - was the fact that he explicitly explained what the issue was and what he did.
