  Sandra Ward is a brilliant realtor with long time experience in Pensacola. Her knowledge base is incredible. She is trustworthy and always responds to my questions in a timely manner. I met Sandra when she was the listing agent on the condo I wanted to purchase. When a particular matter was in question, she and my realtor came through and shared the cost to correct the matter. Now, I just wouldn’t consider anyone else to handle my real estate business. I have known her now for ten years.

  RUN AWAY from this person! Most unprofessional person I've ever done business with. If there is a problem, she will avoid you. I've been trying to reach her for over six months and she has intentionally been avoiding me. Do not trust her!
