    I am writing to highly give thanks to Shaneetta Anthony, Yolanda Nazario, and Eileen Anaya for their exceptional dedication and proactive assistance with my recertification. Once l supplied the needed documents and completed my part of the recertification the staff started to research and verify my documents to make this a quick and easy process. They not only completed their own tasks, but offered support during this time. Their willingness to go the extra mile combined with their expertise help me to complete my recertification. I am incredibly grateful for their commitment and positive attitude. I love it here at Sandpiper Glen. Thank you ladies.

    Since I've been living here at sandpiper Glenn I must say it's has been a pleasure living here the staff shaneeta anothony & Eileen Anaya alone with the other staff have been out standing they're very considerate, patient, caring, understanding, etc. I some time wonder how they handle a lo of situations that's goes on but they do I notice that they goes above & beyond to make every one is happy and safe living here. I'm very happy here please keep the good work up!!

    I'm extremely disappointed with the rude staff. I would've loved to have lived here, but then I'm told I don't qualify income wise and one of your staff starts poor shaming me. You can take your income qualifications and stick it. Totally unprofessional!

From the moment we connected with them, they handled our situation with such kindness, professionalism, and most importantlyβ€”genuine compassion. Shaneetta, you are a rare gem. You treated my grandmother with such love and respect, and never once made us feel like just another applicant. You were determined to get my grandmother moved in, and you followed through with unwavering commitment. From the countless phone calls you stayed on to help explain every document, to the back-and-forth emails, and the endless patience you showed every step of the wayβ€”we felt supported, valued, and cared for. You and Yolanda worked so hard to make this happen. You didn’t just do your job you went above and beyond in every sense of the word. You made us feel like family. That level of care and dedication is rare, and we are so incredibly thankful. To anyone considering Sandpiper Glen: not only is this a beautiful and professional community, but it’s run by people with heart. People who care. That makes all the difference.
