  Dealing with Sanderson DeHaan Irrigation has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend their services to my worst enemy. They charged us more than double what it should have cost to install our irrigation system. I regret not doing my research and getting other quotes beforehand, but since they were referred by our builder, we went with them. The work was subpar, and less than six months later, we had to hire someone else to fix their poor workmanship. We still decided to use them for winterization since they said our first one would be free, but that experience was just as bad. They gave us a two-hour window, which my wife took off work to accommodate. They missed the window and never called. When my wife reached out, the receptionist was extremely rude and showed zero compassion for the situation. Overall, just a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you’re looking to be treated fairly and with respect as a valued customer, go elsewhere. This company lacks both integrity and professionalism.

  Rich, Marcus and the entire installation crew were amazing! They got us scheduled sooner than estimated, completed the work on time and were very responsive, respectful and professional. I highly recommend them for your lawn sprinkler system installation. Also, the upgraded WiFi controller with the app is so easy and convenient. Great job, guys and THANK YOU again!

  Outstanding Service from Marcus at Sanderson & DeHaan. 6/3/25 I recently had a frustrating experience with an irrigation issue, as it took two service calls to correct this, but my faith in great service was completely restored thanks to Marcus from Sanderson & DeHaan. After dealing with some setbacks, Marcus came out to handle the repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how professional and courteous he was throughout the entire process. Despite what I’m sure was a busy day for him, Marcus made me feel like I was his top priority. It was clear from his approach that he genuinely cares about doing the job right. He took the time to ensure the repair was thorough and treated my property as if it were his own. In a world where it’s all too easy to just rush through a job, Marcus demonstrated true dedication in finding the root cause. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such excellent and caring service, and I can confidently say that Marcus is the epitome of top-notch customer service. His positivity, kindness, and professionalism truly made a difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. Sanderson & DeHaan are lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to others based on this outstanding experience!

  S&D are all great people to work with. I had a wireless module installed and forgot how to work it. Marcus showed up at our place on Saturday and got us all taken care of (and this was user error on my part). They start up and winterize us every year and are always on top of it, courteous and professional.

  I have been using Sanderson & DeHaan for the last 7 or 8 years. The previous homeowners recommended them to me as they had originally installed my system. I always have great service. I have twice had minor hiccups, which I appreciated they were resolved very quickly. I don't have any experience with any other sprinkler companies to compare, but that is only because I haven't been given any reason to shop around. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
