  Sanders is the best in the business. From the very first day, Gale made us feel like family. He walked us through what to expect each step of the way and the experience lived up to that. The contractors they use, did exceptional repairs after the home was set, and then on move in day Mike came and tackled a good portion of the repairs we needed. 5 stars all around. We love our home.

  The Sanders family are very nice people and they know manufactured housing. All the sales people job superintendent and service people are all very good.
