    I believe we finally found a decent and fair HVAC company in Sanders HVAC of Greenville. I had the absolute pleasure of having Slavik (our maintenance tech) here today, who FINALLY did the proper checkup of our 4 year old system. Initially we were only going to do a system check for our air conditioning section but the weather isn’t hot enough to get a proper draw, so we changed it to a heating maintenance. This young man took his time and did what the previous company never did, he checked the unit from top to bottom and she is humming right along. The big test will come next cooling season as I felt our system was just a little lacking this summer. Best to have a honest company come in and give an honest opinion on what’s needed or not. Thanks again to Slavik and Sanders Heating and Cooling for sending him, he did a great job explaining everything and took pictures of everything he touched and didn’t touch. Great job all!

    Mike was really great. He provided me with all the information I needed and provided me with options explaining them in a way I was easily able to understand. He provided me with ways he thought things could be improved upon and I was able to make the best decision for me and my family. I truly appreciate his great customer service, timeliness and care he provided.

    Excellent service all around. From the initial service call, to the sale, and then the installation. Craig was great at explaining the benefits of each unit (A/C and furnace replacement). The install couldn't have gone any smoother. I worked from home that day and I promise I didn't even realize anyone else was in the house with me. Quinten and Alex were as professional and respectful as you could hope for. I'd definitely hire all of these guys again - but hopefully not for another 15 years.

    I have a HVAC maintenance contract and my current service check was for the heating unit. The technician was at my home on the scheduled date and provided all the required equipment inspection. Slavic took pictures and recorded all the data of my unit. He was very detailed in his inspection report and explained the current status and operational information about the complete system. He answered all my questions and was helpful in setting up an appointment for future HVAC ductwork replacement. He did inspect my crawl space dehumidifier and recommended a filter replacement and coil cleaning. I have had a very good experience with the company and staff.

    I had a new Trane RunTru unit install in March 2022, and it's had one problem after another. It's burned up 2 relays, a compressor, and I just found the condensate drain pan is cracked and leaking into the air handler. I paid $6400 for a new unit and since then I've spent another $2300 in repairs (only labor cost), not including a cracked drain pan. I'm going to find someone else to fix this issue and inspect the whole unit, and maybe just maybe it wont break down again this year. It would be really nice if dispatch would listen to the customer, when he says he has pictures of the issue and can send them to the service tech, instead of just sending out a guy and charging you a $99 trip fee to say "sorry don't have that part wish I saw that picture, I wouldn't have come out". Relay replacement should not end up costing $450! 2 stars only because the techs have been nice.
