They were nice and caring from the beginning so I continued to come back and I began to learn trust. Unfortunately, my hygienist is no longer there now (she was the reason I kept going) . The woman that did my teeth the last 2 x was nice but now the front lady doesn’t work there either and things have changed in a matter of weeks. There’s more to my story but trying to keep it simple. This place is a joke now and they need to be investigated.. all they care about is your cash…Also, you can’t talk to patients about former employees for one. I was treated like a nothing today a joke laughed at with my concern from my last appointment and having pain in my specific tooth. When I left I had to pay or “I’d be sent to collections.“ said the dentist man. It was their mistake and they are trying to cover it up. Own it and fix it but now I’m so confused and my tooth still aches…..Just pay the money and go somewhere else where they actually care. This couple which I thought the female dentist was always professional until today but the husband talks to woman like we are pity or something of disgrace. They do not care one bit at this facility and I highly recommend going somewhere else.
