  Avery was amazing from day one! He was very professional, efficient, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made everything feel smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend touring with Avery. He truly made the experience enjoyable and easy!

  Worst community I have ever moved into. I strongly dislike it here. Cockroach infestation in my place and all through the building. My key card does not work getting into any amenities. Has not ever since I moved in a month ago. There is a system glitch. Train right behind the property that honks super loud 4 times a day and 4 times at night around 8 pm, 1 am, 3 am, ect. 4 different broken gym equipment. Hornet nest out of my patio and there are 3 hives. Scheduled a time to get it fixed at front desk no one comes and they marked the work order as “completed” and skipped it. Also, so much dog poop outside the place. No one picks up the dog poop. This place is an horrible at the moment.

  Poor office staff, it’s so hard to speak with anyone. I’ve called 8 times they pick up & hangs up EVERYTIME. I’m waiting on a refund, corporate will be involved. I don’t recommend.

  I had a fantastic experience with the San Marco Promenade. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Karen, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right fit. She showed us multiple units without hesitation and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Her knowledge of the leasing process and her customer-first approach made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Promenade and especially Karen for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home.

  Dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed. Elevators break for weeks, back gate has been wide open for months, and maintenance takes forever, leaving a mess behind when they finally show up. Urine in the halls/elevators, wasp infestation at the pool, broken arcade room, trash everywhere. Staff is rude and never takes accountability. Save your money and rent at The Loft instead
