It deserves 0 stars if it were possible. Stayed here for over a year and HIGHLY URGE anyone considering to move here to save their time and money and go elsewhere. Previous management was nice and tried to work with you where they could but the new management specifically Annabel is rude and near impossible to work with. For too many reasons to list in a review just move in somewhere else and save yourself from this nightmare of a company.

If I could give a zero stars I would. We were the first people to ever live on property. An absolute nightmare!! Our cars were broken into 4 times, homeless JUMPED into our yard. A gate that was clearly never put in but you want to charge 2,000? For what?? An unsafe environment. An absolute JOKE this property is. Nothing was ever done. Cari is no help whatsoever. A literal nightmare. We lived there for 4 months & fought so hard to get out. Got a lawyer involved. Thankfully they gave us a month to get out we were out that exact weekend they gave us the green light. I could not be there a second longer with my family. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Don’t get me started on what was wrong!!! Mind you first people to ever move in. I had a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed.

After over a year of living here, I can confidently say this has been our worst housing experience. As others have mentioned, unsupervised children are outside day and night, and noise travels easily — you can hear your neighbors walking, talking, going up and down stairs, and even when they’re in the garage. We were misled by a promotional offer, as were other tenants. Parking is a nightmare: the spaces are extremely tight (my truck was hit while parked), and if you park in front for even a short time, you’ll be slapped with a sticker. The homes are very cheaply constructed. Laminate flooring pops up all over, the walls stain easily, and the A/C only cools the upstairs, making the electricity bill skyrocket. Despite promises of security, there’s none. Cars speed down the street blasting music at all hours, homeless individuals freely come and go, and when there was a roach issue, “spraying” was promised but no one ever showed up. Water leaks in through the doors during rain because of poor construction. Although past management teams were kind and professional, the current front office staff — particularly Anabell — has been extremely difficult to deal with. While I was on crutches, I parked slightly over the handicap ramp area (not another space) to safely get in and out of my truck. Anabell still placed a sticker on my window. When I tried to talk to her, she was immediately dismissive and rude — something no other manager had been. On another occasion, I forgot to hang my handicap placard (which she had seen numerous times before), and again she stickered my truck. A few days later, I saw her parked in a handicap space with no placard herself. When I tried to remove one of the stickers, bits of it fell to the ground. I was on crutches and struggling. A few days later I noticed she had thrown them into my truck bed. Recently, my truck was broken into, but the office claimed they “didn’t have access to the cameras,” so the police couldn’t get any usable information. After 14 months, we were charged for minor wear and tear and denied our security deposit. Things like “drawers not being fully cleaned” were used as reasons to charge us even more. Even after spending an entire day deep cleaning. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and avoid it! We couldn’t wait to leave.

Great experience with Annabelle and Gabrielle. They are always available and responsive. We rented a 3 bed townhome there and it was a very smooth process.

I don’t know who the heck is giving this place 5 stars 😭. I read some other comments saying the offer was clearly explained, when it obviously was misleading and I’m sure if many of us had known we would have steered clear. This place is anything but luxury as it’s being promoted. They are full of ROACHES. The backyards are crawling with them and are impossible to keep out even with someone like me being ocd and a clean freak. It’s seriously disgusting. Children running playing in between cars with no parents, even at night. It’s an accident waiting to happen and management doesn’t seem to care. I live at the entrance of the complex and I’ve seen a child no more than a couple years old in only DIAPERS wander up here. Management lady picks and chooses who follows the rules. There’s people who have a whole mechanic shop in there spot and park in front and nothing is done but if someone else parks for a couple minutes she calls the tow or comes out with stickers. It’s seriously ridiculous. The floors are peeling up everywhere. Very poorly built and way to expensive for what they actually offer. You can’t even have plants outside they will ask you to remove them the only ones allowed are theirs and they will straight up cut the flowers off the bushes and leave you with sticks. This place is an actual joke so please save your money.
