Brought my classic car to have it stripped and epoxy primer. Damage hood. Paied more money after do to a better job. Got back even worse. Phil the owner "what other projects would you have to bring me..." well without a doubt I will not be back. Poor customer service, Worse overall work. And don't try to bring anything to there attention they will give you the cold shoulder and walk back inside. What ever happen to the customer is always right. I hope this review helps someone that's looking to get sandblasting and power coating work done. There are other places, many others, that will do a better job. Please think twice about this place.....

I had high expectations for SD powder coating to powder coat my motorcycle frame, subframe, and swing arm. The staff were originally friendly and helpful and quoted me a time line of 7 to 10 business days and a fair price. Once the 7 to 10 business came and went I gave them a call to check on my parts and was told they will get started on it right away.(first time I was forgotten about). 3 days later I was able to pick up the finished product and was handed my parts all wrapped up. Once again my high expectations led me to believe the job was done right since they had well over the original 10 days. Once I got home I realized the frame had been damaged through their “protective” wrap job. I reached out and was asked for pictures and was told it was unacceptable and she will speak to her manager. After 3 days of no response I reached out again (second time I was forgotten about) and was told they will take it in to repair.(no you had enough time the first go around) and was then givin a $40 credit which won’t pay for the gas it takes to get down there to pick it up, again. I don’t know how these guys are so highly recommend. TLDR: went passed original time line, damaged finished product, poor customer service, don’t recommend. Edit: after being fully unwrapped I discovered the frame was not cleaned properly before paint as there is still dirt in some of the engine mounts (added pictures)

Very happy with SDPP. Picked up my new front bumper and needed to get it powder coated. The quote was fair, delivery on time and it looks fantastic! What impressed me most was how well they wrapped it for pickup. Foam, paper and shrink wrap; no way this bumper was getting scratched on their watch! Thanks for the great work, keep it up!
