  Very happy with my purchase. Went in to look at an item I saw online and decided to get it in store instead. The lady there was so knowledgeable and helpful will be recommending to all my friends with upcoming travel needs.

  Visited the store at 3:15pm and it’s closed even though they’re supposed to open until 7pm.

  TERRIBLE customer service, no service mind at all. I visited the store today at 11:10 AM, but the door was still locked. The only staff member inside was sitting on an airplane seat, playing on her phone. When I politely asked if the marks on a bag could be cleaned off, she responded “You can buy it or not.” In my opinion, that’s very RUDE to say to a customer. After I decided to purchase the bag, she didn’t even bother to provide a cover, something that’s normally standard. She just rolled the luggage over to me and that was it. I’m really disappointed by this level of service. This experience fell far below the brand’s usual standards.
