Stopped in to get my suitcase fixed, when they say 10 years warranty they meant it. My zipper was not closing all the way and the interior pouch had ripped a little. I went to the store on a Sunday had my fixed suitcase to my house that Saturday all for under $20. I will forever be a Samsonite girl, worth the investment.
