  I purchased a complete 3 piece American Tourister hard shell luggage Oct 2020(COVID). Many small attachments have fallen off and the inside zippers and seams come apart easily. The 21” spinner suitcase with four wheel recently broke around the wheel, where their is zero extra support. Suitcase has never been shipped just carryon. I sent pictures to the corporation with explanations to have it repaired or replaced under the warranty. After reviewing the pictures that showed the breakage of the hard shell from poor material, the corporation advised me to take it to the nearest store to have shipped to the repair/replace warranty center. Beside the 60 mile drive one way their was a $15 shipping charge. The repair facility immediately upon receiving my defective product called me to say the Samsonite does not cover broken cases and asked if they should send the almost new case back or recycle it. When questioned about the non fixing/replacing they said to call Samsonite. Samsonite could not explain why they told me to send them a product that the repair facility already knew by just looking that they would not fix. The pictures and explanation that I emailed earlier clearly showed the broken cases. Samsonite did not honor the warranty and did not offfer me a refund for shipping or my wasted time. Do not buy their product if you expect t to last or be covered for any defects. Their product use to last!!

  Great sales staff who took the time to explain the models, differences, pricing, materials, guarantees, etc. We left with two new medium cases at much better prices vs. Amazon or retail. No pressure put on us at all. Thank you!

  Greatly satisfied with my purchase. I went in to this store on the late night tip just to see what I could get… of course there are many online sales going on but it’s just something about getting the red carpet treatment when you walk into a store and you’re greeted properly and when you have sales person there to answer all of your crazy questions and concerns. Sharon did just that. Thank you for the great convo and for opening all of the suitcases for me and for your patience. If Sharon works there all the time you can have all of my money. I won’t be returning anything. I’ll be back for more. I got the Elevation series of suitcases and it’s a great buy. They didn’t have the international carryon but I’ll just get some other time and maybe in a different color just because.

  Samsonite products are generally more expensive than their peers. Store was offering discounts on some products which tempted me to buy small accessories. Lady at the counter was very polite and helpful. Overall good experience.
