  Went to the store to look around, your employee Randy was excellent, knowledgable and accommodating. I purchased a bag and then spoke with a family member who suggested a somewhat smaller bag for a potential overseas trip. When I returned to the store, Randy exchanged my big bag for one smaller without any problems. He was extremely helpful and i appreciate all of his help and advice. I would recommend your store to anyone who asks. Thanks to Randy's great customer service skills.
