  5 stars for Glen. As soon as I walked in the store he greeted me and took the time to show me the different carry-ons. He was witty, personable, and very attentive. Although I didn’t make a purchase his customer service went a REALLY long way. Receiving this kind of service does would make me want to come back here and/or at least share my experience. I felt the products were slightly subpar for the price point. For example, everything was made from recycled plastic. Personally, I would prefer a heavy cotton canvas and genuine leather straps. Also, I was looking for a carryon that was more compartmentalized allowing for better organization and efficiency when packing and unpacking. I did like the variety of product offerings and the ‘Merlot’ color really caught my eye but unfortunately it just didn’t meet my other requirements.

  Great customer service! Thank you, Glenn! (spelling?) He went above and beyond to help me with my search for a briefcase for my dad. Will definitely return and recommend this store to others. 🙏👏

  Better prices on overstock or amazon or even at discount stores like TJMaxx, honestly. Good selection though but the staff is not knowledgable.
