  Unbelievably Rude and Lazy Service I visited this store on October 26, 2025, around 4:50 PM, and encountered one of the most unprofessional salespeople I have ever come across. There was only one salesperson in there. From the moment we walked in, her demeanor was condescending and hostile, like a mean supervisor scolding employees. Instead of helping us reach a suitcase, she stayed planted behind the counter and yelled across the store, "You can just get the one on the middle row behind the carry on." When we tried to simply look inside a suitcase, she again shouted from her post, "We didn't vacuum the carpet, the suitcases could get scratched. You need to open these on the table over there." Her tone was consistently belittling. The store was empty, so there was no excuse for her not to provide basic customer service. She chose to bark orders from a distance rather than lift a finger to help. If someone hates their job this much, they should find another one, not take it out customers. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  Drive to outlet mall in Marysville just to go to Samsonite to buy luggage for an upcoming trip only to find that they are closed for the next hour and 15 minutes. Very disappointing.
