  The staff at the store were generally unwelcoming, with one in particular being especially rude. There were two employees working when I visited. The younger staff member was helpful and friendly, but the other — possibly the manager, who appeared to be of South Asian descent — was quite the opposite. I asked him three simple questions: The size of a luggage I was interested in Why prices varied significantly across different lines Whether I could open a trunk to see inside His responses were curt and dismissive: “See the tag” for the first question “Pricier ones are not breakable” for the second And for the third, he pointed vaguely and said, “Place the trunk over there,” without clarifying where “there” was. When I later asked why he was being so unfriendly, he made a dismissive hand gesture telling me to go away. When I pressed further, he threatened to call security. It felt as though he viewed customers as a nuisance rather than individuals to assist and support.

  Korean gentleman is very knowledgeable and helped me get a great deal on a large hardcover suitcase Went back to get a carry on bag and was advised on certain suitcases that would fit my criteria I was advised incorrect information and the suitcases I was shown were all too large by a few inches. Would have been nice if the staff member could have been honest and said he did not know which suitcases to recommend to me
