  I want to take a moment to thank Andres at your outlets traverse Mountain location, for providing truly exceptional service. What began as a very frustrating and stressful situation of not being able to open my suitcase the weekend of my cousins wedding was completely turned around thanks to his professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Andres went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved quickly and thoughtfully. His kindness, empathy, and commitment to finding a solution not only fixed the problem but completely changed my experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who handles difficult situations with such grace and positivity, and I left feeling genuinely grateful to have stepped into that samsonite store.   This is NOT an outlet store! They charge regular price and offer the same discounts you get online. So unless you need a bag same day or want to see something before you buy online there is no real reason to shop here looking for “outlet” savings.

  Third attempt in the last week to by luggage for our upcoming vacation. Always has a back in 30 min sign. Have walked around and looked at other stores and waited for over an hour and a half without any luck. If you are actually looking to buy luggage, do not go here. It is a waste of time.
