  Popped in briefly even though I didn’t really need anything specific as I already had all the luggage I needed. Just wanted to see if the design of the over shoulder man bag had changed but no it was exactly the same as the one I bought 2 years ago. The sole member of staff was friendly and helpful even though I didn’t buy anything.

  I drove from Chicago to this location. Upon my arrival, the salesperson was about to take her lunch. There was only one person scheduled to be on duty and instead of her having me to wait 30 minutes, she assisted me with a repair request. Great customer service, B!
